In the current era, individuals are required to be able to develop their personal potential
to have the opportunity to have a professional career. This cannot be separated from the fact that
the need for reliable and professional human resources (HR) is increasingly
urgent. The spirit of leadership and the ability to work together in an organization
are also the main aspects for individuals to survive in the intense competition in
their lives.
Therefore, training is needed to hone organizational and
leadership skills. It is hoped that this training can train participants' leadership skills
and foster cooperation between participants so they can achieve the targets set
by the organization.
Hima Islamic Economics as an organization that requires professional staff is determined
to continue developing its individual management. This is the
basis for the Student Resource Development division to carry out
basic leadership training activities which we named "SALE (Sharia Acceleration Leadership
Event)". It is hoped that this activity will create individuals who are able to organize
well within the Islamic Economics Student Association and become individuals who are
useful in making better changes.
