Saturday, February 20 2021, Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia., SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA., - Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) in his speech at the Inauguration of New Management, Student Organizations, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga - Period 2021 offline and online, conveyed several things: "first, we are proud of the management of Mas Sa'ad - President of the FEB UNAIR Student Executive Board (BEM), as well as all levels of ormawa management at FEB Unair for the 2020 period, secondly, that FEB UNAIR has very high hopes for all levels of FEB UNAIR student organization management for the 2021 period with the President of BEM - Tariq Priatmodjo, where all student activities must always uphold Excellence With Morality, and all activities must truly be able to support the entire Tridharma of Higher Education.
Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia., SE., MSi., Ak., CMA., CA., said that all student organizations are part of the Management of FEB UNAIR, and are expected to be able to synergize with the heart, to excel and present achievements for FEB UNAIR, which will later be able to realizing the achievements of Universitas Airlangga . In his speech, Thariq Priatmodjo, advised that opportunities will certainly not come twice in the next year, therefore, Thariq Priatmodjo invited all levels of the 2021 Ormawa management to seize this opportunity as fully as possible, by bringing out the abilities and creativity of each individual who exist and synergize with each other, because for him what is behind them leaving and progressing in taking on this role is for 2 (two) things, namely the first is "process", where everyone wants to learn from each other and see the potential in each other, and the second is useful. For this reason, Thariq Priatmodjo's message was further, "GOOD WORK - MAXIMIZE WHAT WE HAVE - SEARCH AND LEARN WHAT WE WANT TO KNOW - AND ENJOY THE PROCESS."
Different from the previous year, the Inauguration Ceremony for New Management, Student Organizations, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga - 2021 Period, was held in a longer session, after the inauguration was complete, all levels of the 2021 Ormawa management under the leadership of BEM President Tariq Priatmodjo, were given a special orientation from all managers who are closely related to all levels of management of the 2021 FEB UNAIR Ormawa, under the leadership of the President of BEM FEB UNAIR 2021 to bridge the hope of synergy to realize FEB SATU – UNAIR HEBAT. As stated by Dr. Wisnu Wibowo, SE., M.Si. – Deputy Dean I FEB UNAIR, namely that in the management of ormawa for the 2021 period we can unite our steps and synergize.

Dr. Vishnu Wibowo, SE., M.Sc. conveyed that, in line with the key strategy presented by the Dean for 2020-2025, namely advancing Smart University, and of course, it will be reduced to the faculty to become Smart Faculty or FEB SMART, so that if the event has the FEB Smart logo it is in order to encourage determination and intention We are to make our institutions, our institutions, our supporting units, all those involved in building FEB UNAIR, building the University, instill it in themselves, in their minds or their own smart vision. The point is: 1. How can we provide added value; 2. How can we have an impact/influence on development, society, civilization both at the national and global levels; 3. utilize the latest technology. So later all UKM, HIMA, all FEB Unair supporters (Departments, Study Programs), all will internalize the principles of Smart University, Smart Faculty, so that there will be Smart BEM, Smart UKM, Smart Hima etc. So it is necessary to pay attention when preparing work programs to reflect how students contribute together with all management levels throughout the academic community, to realize FEB Smart.
Synergy with alumni must be in line with existing activities at FEB UNAIR where, there are alumni teaching, the issue of Independent Learning Campus (MBKM), all levels of student organization management for the 2021 period must also promote MBKM. For Dr. Vishnu Wibowo, SE., M.Sc. that FEB SATU means that to achieve success, FEB UNAIR must be united, and FEB SATU also means that FEB UNAIR must work together to make FEB UNAIR the number one. 1.
Another way to synergize from Dr. Nisful Laila – Deputy Dean II FEB UNAIR in realizing FEB SATU, namely that Field II will be very open to all new ideas/inputs for improvements at FEB UNAIR. The principle is that the budget must be effective and must be beneficial for stakeholders (lecturers, employees, students and the community). Dr. Nisful Laila made a promise to all levels of Ormawa management for the 2021 period that for every good idea / activity that brings benefits to many people, efforts will always be made so that the budget can be released.

Can continue their studies through: acceleration program (Fast Track Program), Dual Degree Program, and Combined Degree Program, 3. Entrepreneurship.

There are 4 (four) main agendas that will be carried out by Division III FEB UNAIR, namely: 1. In the field of research and publications; 2. Be active in various matters, whether in committees, organizations or other works; 3. Have a lot of contact with stakeholders from FEB UNAIR (lecturers, staff, students, alumni and the community); 4. Public relations, to hone soft skills.
For this reason, synergy is needed between all levels of management of the FEB UNAIR student organization for the 2021 period and Division III FEB Unair, for example: 1. Research, students can carry out research independently, but can also work in synergy with lecturers, carrying out citations from various articles that have been published. produced by various experts, may cite the work of their own lecturers at FEB UNAIR, submit scientific works in scientific journals, write in the mass media, become an assistant lecturer / research lecturer who is involved in or joins a Research Group or Revenue Generating Units (RGUs ), so that from there it is hoped that the intellectual abilities, social skills and abilities of the capital structure will be further honed; 2. Innovate, for example having a business start-up since college, competing and developing it, until you can obtain copyright; 3. Community Service, in industry 4.0 it becomes very possible to establish relationships with various community environments (social organizations) both at national and global levels, such as being active in social activities for example disaster response, etc.; 4. Public Relations, synergy is needed between all levels of Ormawa and the Information and Public Relations Center (PIH) FEB UNAIR, to update various social media or timelines, any activities within Ormawa, HIMA, BEM, BLM to be immediately reported and published. There will be journalistic training provided by PIH FEB UNAIR, for each news contributor from each FEB UNAIR student organization.
The material from Dr. Tri Siwi Agustina, SE., M.Si. – Chairman of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Industrial Relations (PKRI) FEB UNAIR, said that PKRI FEB UNAIR is a unit at FEB UNAIR whose scope of duties is to foster entrepreneurship of FEB UNAIR students and establish industrial relations related to academic and non-academic activities.

Activities carried out by PKRI FEB UNAIR which can be synergized with all FEB UNAIR organizations for the 2021 period: 1. Entrepreneurship, there are events, trainings, seminars because FEB UNAIR produces the most entrepreneurs; 2. Carrying out internships, in order to implement MBKM, where before graduating students must have experience in internships, where of course there will be terms and conditions, there are 2 (two) internships, namely internships in companies, and entrepreneurial internships; 3. Selection, provision and distribution; 4. Career (training, provision and distribution).
Orientation from Angga Erlando, SE., M.Ec.Dev. – Head of the Student Achievement Assistance Center (P3M) FEB UNAIR, explained that P3M FEB UNAIR has a vision of becoming an institution that plays a role in consistently improving student achievement at FEB UNAIR. The mission of P3M FEB UNAIR is: 1. Assisting student achievement; 2. Increasing the quantity and quality of student achievements; 3. Organize monitoring and evaluation of student achievements.

Meanwhile, Nur Aini Hidayati, SE., M.Si, Ph.D. – Coordinator of the Information and Public Relations Center (PIH) FEB UNAIR, in his orientation conveyed about Communication, Protocol and Public Relations Standards, where according to Nur Aini Hidayati, SE., M.Si, Ph.D., the image of FEB UNAIR is good, but still remains There continues to be a need to strengthen branding. Nur Aini Hidayati, SE., M.Si, Ph.D., who is also a lecturer in Economics at FEB UNAIR, reminded that every academic community, especially all the management of the FEB UNAIR student organization, is a public relations officer, both internally and externally. For this reason, each person has the responsibility/obligation to provide information correctly, with the correct code of ethics. If you receive incorrect information, it needs to be corrected immediately. That's why there needs to be synergy from the heart.
