Graduate Profile and Description

Graduates of the Management Study Program are expected to have an expert profile in management with an entrepreneurial spirit as a Management Analyst, First-Line Manager, and Entrepreneur . With the following explanation:

1. Management Analyst ( Management Analyst) : Individuals who have the ability to explain theories, concepts, methods and analytical tools related to managerial skills in the fields of Marketing, Human Resources, Operations and Supply Chain, and Finance. Able to identify problems and analyze relevant data in quantitative and qualitative research processes, and able to become a partner who carries out his role as an analyst in consulting and research institutions.
2. First Level Manager ( First-Line Manager) : Individuals who are able to carry out planning, organizing, directing and controlling in managing management functions (Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance) and entrepreneurship in a business and non-business organization business. Able to make decisions and solve managerial problems starting with identifying problems and setting problem solving goals, developing alternative solutions, selecting the best solution, and planning action by utilizing information and communication technology.
3. Entrepreneur (Entrepreneur) : Individuals who are able to plan and develop new businesses that are beneficial to society, create and design new products independently, and are able to build a new business independently

Graduate Profile and Description

Graduates of the Master of Management study program have a profile as leaders who are innovative, have integrity and have a global perspective. For this reason, MM FEB Unair created the tagline " Shaping Innovative Leaders "

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Learning outcomes are competencies that students are expected to have after attending lectures at MM FEB Unair. This learning achievement contains components, namely: Attitudes, General Skills, Special Skills and Knowledge which are based on the Attachment to Permenristekdikti No.44 of 2015 as well as the formulation carried out by the MM Feb Unair study program. The following are the learning outcomes of MM FEB Unair:

1. Attitude

2. able to carry out academic validation or studies according to their field of expertise in solving problems in society or relevant industry through developing their knowledge and expertise;
3. able to compose ideas, thoughts and technical arguments responsibly and based on academic ethics, and communicate them through the media to the academic community and the wider community;

Graduates of the Master of Science in Management Study Program are expected to have a profile as: 1) evaluator, 2) innovator, and 3) decision maker .

1. Evaluator , graduate expert in assessing and evaluating management developments and their application in overcoming various managerial problems.
2. Innovators , graduates who are experts in developing various innovative steps in overcoming various management problems based on adequate mastery of management theory
3. Decision maker , graduate expert in formulating alternative solutions to problems and policies based on analysis results.

Graduates of the Unair Management Science Doctoral Program are expected to be ready to become reliable scientists, able to carry out research activities, present their main ideas both written and verbally. Graduates are expected to have the characteristics of being honest, religious and have the ability to develop analytical and critical thinking in solving scientific and research problems as well as being positive actors in change.

Apart from that, Unair Management Science Doctorate graduates are expected to be able to contribute to anticipating new paradigms in the development of science, especially management, and providing solutions to overcome problems in the field of management faced by government, industry and society and in general, both in the national and international scope.
