Course content |
This course assumes that human resources are an investment and a strategic asset for organizational development. Recognizing the significance of HR's contribution to organizational productivity outweighs the contribution of other resources. The study of Human Resource Management focuses on recruitment, selection, introduction of employees, placement, and dismissal, career development, compensation, motivation, performance appraisal, quality of work life, performance development, and maintaining working relationships, as well as the company's HR Information Systems. |
