Students are expected to be able to explain business ethics, the factors that influence business activities and how best to carry out functions within a company properly so as to achieve success in business, as well as foster cognitive competence and self-development (soft skills) through lecture materials and learning methods. |

The Introductory Business Study discusses: (1) Motives and Functions of a Business, Business Ethics and Social Responsibility (2) Assessing Economic and Global Conditions (3) Choosing Company Position, Choosing Forms of Business Ownership (4) Managing Effectively, Organizational Structure (5) Increasing Productivity and Quality (6) Production functions (7) Motivating employees, recruiting, training, and evaluating employees (8) Creating and Pricing Products, Distributing Products, Promoting Products (9) Accounting and Financial Analysis, Funding, Financial Functions as well as cost accounting. |
