- To find out the work program that will be implemented by each division/bureau during one year of management
Program Success Indicators
- Followed by a minimum of 80% of Hima Ekis administrators (80% per division/bureau)
- Know the general description of all Hima Ekis activities in one period
Program Achievement Expectations
- Delivery of work programs carried out by divisions/bureaus in one period
- The administrators are aware of the work programs implemented by other divisions/brios
