It is hereby announced that prospective new students Universitas Airlangga who are accepted through the Masters, Doctoral and Odd Semester Program selection process Wave I for the 2016/2017 Academic Year, are required to follow the re-registration process which is regulated as follows:

PRE-RE-REGISTRATION

Prospective New Students Universitas Airlangga are required to fill in completely and correctly online:
Registration Data Form
. Upload scanned files of diplomas/graduate certificates in the form of PDF files, via the website http://regmaba.unair.ac.id , starting from the 21st to 28 April 2016.
Prospective students print the Registration Data Form, Statement of Willingness to Fulfill and comply with the rules and regulations and decisions in force at Universitas Airlangga and the Drug Free Declaration Form.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE AND EDUCATION FEE

Fees that must be paid by new students:

Registration Fee:
Registration Fee for New Students for Masters and Doctoral Study Programs is IDR 1,085,000 (One million eighty five thousand rupiah).
Registration Fee for New Students for Professional Study Programs is IDR.
585,000,- (Five hundred and eighty five thousand rupiah) Education Fees:

Prospective new students are required to pay registration fees and education fees from 27 to 29 April 2016.

Payments can be made at tellers at all Bank Mandiri, BNI, BNI Syariah, BRI, BTN and Bank Mandiri Syariah branch offices throughout Indonesia, by stating the Postgraduate Program Entry Participant Number. Payment cannot be made via transfer.

To make a KTM (Student Identity Card) which also functions as an ATM, new students are required to open an account at one of the banks mentioned above at the Universitas Airlangga Branch in accordance with the bank at the time of the First Tuition Fee Payment (Odd Semester of the 2016/2017 Academic Year) after re-registration.

 

RE-REGISTRATION

Prospective new UNAIR students must re-register themselves as new UNAIR students - they cannot be represented by anyone.
Prospective new Unair students must dress neatly (no collarless t-shirts), wear shoes and maintain order during the Re-registration process.

Showing original S1 diplomas and transcripts
(for postgraduate and professional new students candidates)
S2 (for doctoral new students candidates)
Submitting back the registration form and its completeness which have been filled in correctly and accompanied by:
Photocopy of the S1 diploma and transcript for candidates 2 copies of Master's degree students and Professional level students who have been legalized.
Submit photocopies of diplomas and transcripts of Bachelor's and Master's grades for prospective Doctoral level students who have been legalized. 2 pieces of
original health certificate from a doctor and a photocopy of 1
recent color passport photo with background. red size 3X4, 4 (four) sheets to be affixed to:

The provisions above are binding for every prospective new UNAIR student for the 2016/2017 academic year, if the prospective new student cannot comply, then the person concerned is considered to have resigned as a new UNAIR student.
