In order to support the creation of excellent students, BEM, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga Department of Student Advocacy and Welfare is holding Go Scholarship 2020. An event that aims to facilitate students with preparation for the scholarship selection process, gain experience from the recipients, as well as information about scholarships which can be useful for students. This event is a series of events that provide scholarship information for undergraduate level. National talk show with speakers from scholarship providers and student recipients of these scholarships. Apart from that, there will be a writing workshop which aims to train students in facing existing written tests. Creating a Curriculum Vitae (CV) and motivation letter is one of the considerations for scholarship providers in determining who will be potential scholarship recipients.
The Go Scholarship 2020 is a series of activities consisting of:
- CV and Motivation Letter Workshop
A training that aims to train and prepare students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga in facing administrative tests during the scholarship application process so that students have the ability to create good and attractive Curriculum Vitae (CV) and motivation letters. Creating a Curriculum Vitae (CV) and motivation letter is one of the considerations for scholarship providers in determining who will be potential scholarship recipients.
- Talk show
This activity is a forum for conveying material to Go Scholarship 2020 participants regarding the benefits of taking part in a scholarship, how to prepare themselves to get a scholarship and the scholarship opportunity itself, which emphasizes the impact of the scholarship on the personal quality of the recipients. This session also provides an overview of scholarships from the perspective of scholarship providers and scholarship recipients. It is hoped that this talk show can help motivate students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga to maximize themselves in obtaining existing scholarships.
- Scholarship Booth
The scholarship exhibition was attended by institutions providing scholarships ranging from undergraduate to postgraduate scholarships. With a scholarship booth, it is hoped that Go Scholarship 2020 participants will have the opportunity to meet in person with scholarship providers and scholarship recipients.
