Youth as the successors of this nation's leadership relay in the future are required to be able to provide meaningful action for the progress of the nation and state. Young people must be able to make the best use of their time, make sincere use of the knowledge they have so that they can make changes to this nation for the better. Such a role certainly requires an independent attitude in every situation and system condition that applies.
The role of these students will be more optimal if they are organized in a forum as a means of unifying the movement. So that is why UPGRADING activities are needed, in order to increase insight and knowledge for the HIMA EP management, especially for the 2020 period, who will later be prepared to run the organization according to its goals.
An organizational body is not only a place for the development of intellectual students, but also for the development of the social spirit of society. Theories received in college of course need to be supported by organizational skills to support the competencies they have, and the most important thing is how they are implemented in society. In an organization, a sense of kinship and tolerance among the organization's administrators cannot be separated, because in order to develop one's potential, these aspects need to be present. With UPGRADING activities, fellow organization administrators can interact with each other and get to know other administrators and can understand their respective responsibilities for the realization of an organization that is beneficial both in the academic and community sphere.
