A work meeting or what is more often called a working meeting is a meeting of staff from an organization to
discuss matters related to the implementation of the organization's work program. For the
2020 Hima EKIS UNAIR working meeting, we will discuss the programs that will be carried out by
Hima EKIS during the 2020 period. This working meeting itself is one of the work programs of the PSDM division of Hima
EKIS and will be held on February 15 2020 and will take place in the hall. soepoyo. The event will
start at 08:00 am.
This work meeting program was held with the aim of assessing the work program plans of each division in Hima
EKIS UNAIR which will be implemented. This assessment aims to find out whether the work program
is feasible or not. Apart from assessing whether a work program is feasible or not, the work meeting also
aims to solve problems. If there is a deadlock from the relevant division, then other divisions in Hima
EKIS will help resolve the problem. With this meeting we also want to
remind the members of Hima EKIS UNAIR about the vision and mission of Hima EKIS UNAIR for the
2020
This working meeting will be held in a presidium manner. There will be 2 presidium people who lead
the work meeting and one person who takes the minutes. The event will begin after the event MC invites
the presidium to start the event. The system for this meeting is that each division will be given 20 minutes to
present their programs (including questions and answers). For participants who wish to
ask questions, express opinions, enter or leave the presidium, they must have permission from the presidium leader. If
all divisions have completed their presentations, the event will be handed back to the MC for
further closing of the event.
