The Human Resource Development Training activity is an activity held for all HR administrators of each student organization at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga which aims to prepare HR administrators to be ready to face members of their organization and be able to develop student resources through instilling attitude and communication values. , cadre formation and leadership.
