By the end of this course, the students are expected to have the skills and intelligence including attitudes, general skills and special skills:

Course content
|
This is an advanced course whose contents are related to theories and applications in the field of strategic and operations management sciences. The topics discussed are up to date and the basic assumptions about the success of the strategy depend on how it is executed or implemented. In another way, it is very dependent on social processes inside and outside the organization. In addition, this course will also assist the students in gaining insights into theory and applications in the field of strategic and operations management to be adopted and developed in the preparation of their dissertation.
