Learning outcomes of the course unit

  1. Students are able to master knowledge and discuss three) levels of culture in the Organization
  2. Students are able to re-explain the structure of culture in general, and clearly identify the problems that accompany the formulation of culture
  3. Students are able to recognize and re-explain the structure of culture at the growth stage and distinguish the strengths of organizational culture and national culture
  4. Students are able to recognize and explain the cultural structure of government organizations and analyze the success of the Singapore Government in building culture
  5. Students are able to recognize and discuss macro culture in the form of Travel and Literature, Survey Research, Ethnography, Observation and Research-based Interviews
  6. Students are able to recognize and discuss macro-culture in the form of Cultural Intelligence, Strategies to understand cross-culturally, and Macro-cultural Paradoxes
  7. Students are able to recognize and discuss the various stages in building culture and leadership including mentioning the factors that build culture and preserve it through primary mechanisms and their strengths
  8. Students are able to recognize and discuss how to build culture and leadership including mentioning the dynamics of culture at the stages of growth, maturity and decline
  9. Students are able to recognize and discuss how to build culture and leadership at the maturity and decline stages
