Learning outcomes of the course unit

After completing the International Human Resource Management (HRM) course, students are expected to be able to indicate the definition and dimensions of International HRM. They are also expected to construct International HRM functions including selection and repatriation activities, international HR development, compensation, motivation and leadership, industrial relations, and an overview of various HRM approaches in several countries.
