After completing this course, the students are expected to have the following competencies:

a. Emphasizing the importance of communication in organizations.

b. Identifying the latest developments, problems or important issues in business communication both in national and international scales.

c. Stating the concepts and functions of business communication

d. Preparing academic and business writing reports, business presentations, create job application letters and demonstrate job interviews

e. Emphasizing the importance of persuasive communication in business negotiation process.
