After completing the Banking Management course, the students are expected to be able to explain the meaning of a bank, the function of a bank in accordance with the products and services offered, bank activities, sources of bank funds as well as the bank funds allocation, and analysis of banks' performance. |

Banking Management learning discusses the followings: 1.Fundamental Forces of Change in Banking and Banks Organization 2. Bank Financial Statements and Risk 3. Analyzing Bank Performance 4.Managing non-interest income and non-interest expenses 5.Managing interest rate risk 6.Managing interest rate risk: GAP and earnings sensitivity 7.Managing liabilities and cost of funds 8. Effective use of capital 9.Liquidity planning and managing cash assets 10.Credit policy and evaluating loan requests 11.Evaluating consumer loans and loan pricing 12.Financial Institution Mergers and Acquisitions |
