In the dynamics of student organizations (ormawa), the success of a work program is measured not only by its implementation on the ground, but also by the orderliness of the administrative bureaucracy behind the scenes, as well as the program's research and data-driven approach. Recognizing this, the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga is organizing a strategic collaboration between the CSS Class and the Bureaucracy Class 2026.
The CSS Class aims to raise awareness of the importance of data research as a tool for evaluation and decision-making. In this digital era, student organizations are required to operate not only based on habit but also on accurate data to create targeted and solution-oriented work programs. Meanwhile, the Bureaucracy Class focuses on strengthening the understanding of student organization secretaries and treasurers in managing administrative processes within the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB). Correspondence, proposal submissions, and accountability reports (LPJ) require procedural precision to ensure transparent and accountable governance.
This activity aligns with point 16 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely "Peace, Justice, and Resilient Institutions." Through the integration of data research (CSS) and orderly bureaucracy and administration, FEB UNAIR student organizations are directed to become adaptive, accountable, and professional institutions.
With this platform, it is hoped that all student organization administrators, particularly the department heads of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of FEB UNAIR, as well as the secretaries and treasurers of all FEB UNAIR student organizations, can work together to realize more modern and efficient organizational governance. Sustainable collaboration is key to ensuring that student organizations at FEB UNAIR continue to develop into credible and innovative institutions that make real contributions to the academic community and the wider community.
