It is a program that explores and develops economics based on sharia principles, with a focus on education in the field of Islamic economics, based on the Quran and hadith, as well as previous and contemporary scholars aimed at solving current problems in society, especially in the field of Islamic social finance.
To become a Doctoral Program in Islamic Economics based on coursework and by research that is in accordance with the needs of the development of Islamic economics in the future, which is innovative, professional, independent, and leading at the national and international levels, as well as being a pioneer in solving economic and financial problems based on Islamic religious morals, especially in Islamic social finance at the local, regional, national, and international levels.

Graduation Degree
1. Lecture Period
The academic year consists of two regular semesters: the odd semester, which runs from August to December, and the even semester, which runs from February to June. Each semester includes 14 face-to-face meetings plus evaluation sessions.
2. Administrative Registration
Students are required to complete payment of the Educational Operational Contribution (SOP) for the current semester according to the provisions, before being able to register for courses.
3. Academic Registration
Before the start of lectures, students determine the courses they will take based on the curriculum provisions by showing their Student Identity Card (KTM) and/or proof of SOP payment. These courses are listed on the Study Plan Card (KRS) with reference to the Study Result Card (KHS). If there is a delay in filling out the KRS without a valid reason, the student will not be permitted to attend lectures in that semester.
4. Study Load
The total number of credits that must be completed by Doctoral students in Islamic Economics is 50 credits.
