The Student Executive Board (Ormawa) Leadership and Collaboration Camp is an activity organized by the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) to strengthen synergy and collaboration between student organizations within the FEB UNAIR environment. This activity is designed to align visions and strengthen the role of Ormawa in supporting a solid and sustainable organizational climate.

This activity is planned to be implemented as a camp that combines a work program coordination forum with leadership development and teamwork activities. Through a series of discussions, coordination, and collaborative activities, participants are expected to improve their communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills in running student organizations at FEB UNAIR.

The implementation of the Ormawa Leadership and Collaboration Camp is in line with the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 4 (Quality Education) through developing student resource capacity, SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) through strengthening effective and accountable organizational governance, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through increasing cooperation between student organizations.
