Bachelor of Islamic Economics

Established in 2007, the Islamic Economics Bachelor's program has been recognized nationally and internationally. Nationally, we have received A and BAN-PT accreditation. Internationally, we have ABEST-21 and FIBAA Premium Seal accreditation

The Bachelor of Islamic Economics Study Program also has several networks with partners and universities in the form of collaboration with several programs such as MBKM, teaching campuses, overseas student exchanges, and domestic student exchanges. Partners who have collaborated with MBKM with our study program include Bank Jatim Syariah, Indonesian Waqf Movement, Alami Sharia. For the campus teaching program we collaborate with Thursina School. We have sent students to overseas student exchange programs with Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and Germany. In our domestic student exchange program we have sent students to the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) and UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.

With this, we remain committed to producing graduates who master Islamic economics within the context of contemporary economics and business. Our lecturers continue to develop through training and adapt to technology and the job market. The goal is for our graduates to be competitive at the national and international levels and contribute to the nation through the three pillars of Islamic economics.

  1. Organizing and developing academic education in the field of Islamic economics that meets national and international standards;

Objective

  1. To produce Islamic economics graduates who have extensive knowledge and understanding of the concepts, principles and practices of Islamic economics in the contemporary economic and business environment
  2. Producing Islamic economics graduates who are able to analyze and study the implementation of science in the field of Islamic economics to provide solutions and ideas to society
  3. Producing Islamic economics graduates who are able to apply Islamic economic concepts, principles and practices in contemporary sharia business
  4. Producing Islamic economics graduates who are professional, innovative, and have good morals and have the capacity to be leaders with strong integrity and quality
  5. Producing Islamic economics graduates who have an independent and entrepreneurial spirit and have an attitude of social sensitivity and concern for society

Information

Academic Provisions

1. Lecture Implementation
The academic year consists of two regular semesters: the odd semester, which runs from August to December, and the even semester, which runs from February to June. Each semester consists of 14 to 16 lecture sessions, including evaluations, which are conducted face-to-face in class or online.

2. Administrative Registration
Before filling in the course, students are required to complete the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) payment in accordance with applicable provisions.

3. Academic Registration
Courses are filled in through the Cybercampus system after UKT payment, by referring to the Study Result Card (KHS) and following the applicable curriculum provisions. For the Independent Learning–Independent Campus (MBKM) program, KRS is filled in through Cybercampus V2. Students can change or cancel courses they have taken by filling in the Study Plan Change Card (KPRS) a maximum of two weeks after the start of classes, to accommodate obstacles or changes to the planned courses. Delays in filling in the KRS without proper reasons may result in students being disallowed from attending classes in that semester.

4. Study Load
The Islamic Economics Undergraduate Study Program has a minimum total of 144 credits that must be completed to graduate.
