The Institute for Management and Business Development of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (LPMB FEB-UNAIR) is a development of the name change of the Center for Management and Development (PMP) which has existed since 1975. Then PMP changed to the Center for Management Studies and Development (P3M FE UNAIR) from 1997 to December 2003. P3M FE UNAIR changed its name to (LPMB) Laboratory for Management and Business Development on December 1, 2003. This institution was established to carry out the mission of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely carrying out community service through management studies and development in Indonesia to face the era of globalization.
