Learning outcomes of the course unit

After taking this Public Sector Strategic Management course, students are expected to be able to explain what is meant by strategic management, describe the business environment that affects strategy formulation, explain corporate level strategy and SBU (Strategic Business Unit) level, explain the strategy execution approach by designing a Strategy Map and identifying strategic measures using the Balanced Scorecard approach.
