Internal Division Training (IDT) WEBS 2026 is an internal training agenda organized by the Workshop Entrepreneur Business Society (WEBS) Universitas Airlangga as part of the human resource development program at the beginning of the 2026 management period. This activity is designed as a strategic step to equip all members with a comprehensive understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and work strategies in each division, so that the organization can run more effectively, professionally, and directed from the beginning of the management.
In response to the challenges of the globalization era, which demands individuals possess superior competencies and high competitiveness, Internal Division Training (IDT) exists as a platform for developing internal organizational capacity. This activity is conducted through presentation sessions and interactive Q&A sessions with experienced practitioners relevant to each division's field. Each meeting focuses on strengthening specific competencies, ranging from leadership and team management to branding strategies and developing entrepreneurial skills.
The 2026 WEBS Internal Division Training was held in three meetings, namely on March 6, 9, and 10, 2026, at 6:30 PM WIB until finished, taking place in Room 327 FEB UNAIR with an atmosphere conducive to the learning and discussion process. This activity was attended by all members of WEBS FEB Universitas Airlangga for the 2026 term from various divisions, thus creating a space for collaboration and synergy across fields since the beginning of the management period.
The implementation of IDT WEBS 2026 is also in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). First, this activity supports SDGs No. 4 on Quality Education through the provision of applicable and relevant non-formal education. Second, by equipping members with leadership and entrepreneurial competencies, IDT contributes to SDGs No. 8 on Decent Work and Economic Growth and SDGs No. 1 on No Poverty. In addition, the involvement of external speakers and cross-division collaboration reflects the implementation of SDGs No. 17 on Partnerships to Achieve the Goals.
Overall, the 2026 WEBS Internal Division Training is expected to provide a strong foundation for developing professional, adaptable, and highly integrated members. Through this activity, WEBS is committed to developing human resources who are not only competent within the organization but also prepared to face the challenges of the workplace and entrepreneurship sustainably.
