Universitas Airlangga Entrepreneur Business Society (WEBS) Workshop once again presents the School of Business Internal (SOBI) 2026, an internal development program aimed at enhancing students' business experience and insights. This activity is held as a commitment to supporting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8, namely Decent Work and Economic Growth.

Carrying the overarching theme of “Transforming Ideas into Sustainable Business: Practical Steps to Start, Manage, and Grow,” SOBI 2026 is designed to equip students with practical knowledge and skills relevant to the needs of the workplace and sustainability-based entrepreneurship.

The series of activities will take place from February 26, 2026, to May 5, 2026, at Kedai Ori in Manyar. This year's SOBI will be divided into four sessions, featuring speakers from practitioners and academics with expertise in their fields. Topics covered include human resource management, operational management, finance, and digital marketing, as well as a discussion on the role of innovation in creating inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

Each workshop session is interactive, featuring presentations, discussions, and case studies, enabling participants to gain a more practical and contextual understanding. Through these activities, students are expected to develop strategic, innovative, and sustainability-oriented thinking in conducting business activities.

The implementation of SOBI 2026 not only serves as a learning platform but also opens up opportunities for collaboration between students, academics, and industry practitioners. Thus, this activity is expected to encourage students to become competent, adaptive talents, ready to contribute to creating a resilient and sustainable business ecosystem.
