Management Legacy (M-Legacy) is one of the annual work programs of HIMA S1 Management Universitas Airlangga which aims to welcome new students in 2024. The purpose of this welcome itself includes an introduction to new students about various things, especially regarding the S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga. The activities that we will hold have the benefit of instilling the values ​​​​contained in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education as well as Spirit, Unity, and Pride in new students. In addition, the series of activities in M-Legacy 2024 are also in line with SGDs points 4 and 8. M-Legacy as a Campus Introduction Study Orientation activity is in line with _Quality Education_ because it introduces the learning system, facilities, and educational rules. Furthermore, _Decent Work and Economic Growth_ because several series of activities in M-Legacy, such as the Community Service Program, participate in helping to increase the visibility of MSMEs in the food and craft sector.
This activity is also expected to increase the enthusiasm for studying, a sense of family, pride and a sense of belonging of new students towards Universitas Airlangga, especially the Faculty of Economics and Business, Undergraduate Management Study Program. It is hoped that the M-Legacy activity can help new students to adapt from the student phase to become a student, so that they can grow proactively and take initiative, so that they dare to make changes and be useful for the department, alma mater, and the general public.
