The Inspirational Seminar Program is a seminar-based event organized by Universitas Airlangga Undergraduate Management Student Association and aims to introduce and apply the practice of Management science in a national context. This activity presents national figures as keynote speakers who have experience and real contributions in the fields of leadership, professionalism, and strategic decision-making, so they are able to provide applicable perspectives to Universitas AirlanggaUndergraduate Management students.

This activity was packaged through an interactive event between the resource person and participants, starting from the discussion of material and insights, discussing relevant case studies, and also a question and answer session with participants to improve understanding of the material that had been previously presented. With this, participants were not only asked to listen to the material, but also to play a vital role in critical thinking and discussion. Through this series of activities, it is hoped that Universitas Airlangga Bachelor of Management students will gain motivation, values, and strategic insights as provisions for self-development and encourage real contributions to Management at the national level.
