Property Training is one of the work programs of the Maintenance and Property division of E-Radio, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga which is held as a means of developing technical skills for all E-Radio members for the 2026 period. This activity is present as an effort to prepare members to have a good understanding of the devices and systems used in broadcasting activities. Amidst the increasingly rapid development of media technology, the ability to operate broadcasting equipment is crucial to support the smooth production and broadcast processes carried out by E-Radio.

The Property Training program will provide training on the function, use, and operation of various broadcast support devices used in E-Radio operations. In addition, participants will learn about broadcast implementation processes, audio systems, and online broadcast mechanisms through the official E-Radio website. The material presented is not only theoretical but also includes hands-on practice and simulations so that participants can gain more hands-on experience in operating broadcast equipment. Through this learning method, it is hoped that participants will be able to understand each stage of broadcast operations more effectively and comprehensively.

Through Property Training, it is hoped that the quality of its human resources will be improved while simultaneously creating a regeneration of members ready to contribute to maintaining the sustainability of broadcast programs. This activity also serves as a forum for members to develop technical skills, increase their sense of responsibility for organizational operations, and strengthen their readiness to face developments in the world of broadcasting and communication media. Thus, Property Training is not only a technical learning tool, but also a crucial step in supporting the creation of competent, adaptive, and professional E-Radio members.
