The Upgrading activity organized by E-Radio, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga is an internal development program under the Human Resource Development (HRD) division that aims to improve the quality of human resources within the organization. This year's Upgrading carries the theme "Growing Together, Leading Better" as a form of commitment to building synergy, strengthening leadership capacity, and encouraging the professionalism of all members and administrators. This activity is designed not only as a forum for conveying work programs for the next period, but also as a forum for sharing experiences, strengthening relationships between members, and fostering a spirit of solid collaboration.
This activity is also aligned with the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), which emphasizes the importance of quality education and lifelong learning. Upgrading serves as a non-formal learning tool that can improve the competencies, soft skills, and readiness of members to face organizational and professional challenges. Furthermore, this activity also supports SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), which emphasizes the importance of collaboration and partnerships in achieving common goals. Through upgrading activities, a strong synergy is built between members and administrators as a form of internal partnership that serves as the foundation for implementing the organization's work programs effectively.
This upgrading activity will be held for two days, namely on April 25-26, 2026, which will take place in Batu, Malang. During the implementation, all members will participate in a series of events such as work program presentations, sharing sessions between administrators, and interactive activities aimed at building bonding and team cohesion. Through this activity, it is hoped that all participants will not only gain a clearer understanding of the organization's direction but also experience an inclusive, participatory, and sustainable learning process as the values in SDG 4 and SDG 17, thereby improving the quality of the organization.
