As a form of student contribution to supporting the development of quality education and skills of the younger generation, E-Radio FEB Universitas Airlangga through the E-Reaction 2026 work program organized by the Public Relations Division, presents a community service activity in the form of public speaking training for children in orphanages. This activity is presented interactively and educationally to encourage participants' courage in expressing themselves, increase self-confidence, and develop communication skills from an early age.

The program is implemented through collaboration with social institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as a form of synergy in creating sustainable social impact. Through this program, it is hoped that participants will gain a fun and beneficial learning experience to support the development of their potential. In addition, this activity is also aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 4, namely Quality Education, which focuses on increasing access to quality education and skills development for every individual, as well as SDGs point 10, namely Reduced Inequalities, through efforts to provide inclusive self-development opportunities for children of the Surabaya Fishermen's Village Foundation.

Carrying the theme "Speak with Confidence, Inspire with Words," this theme emphasizes that good communication is not only about speaking skills, but also about how words can positively impact others. Through the E-Reaction 2026 activities, participants are expected to develop confidence in speaking and learn to use words to convey ideas in an inspiring and meaningful way.
