The first week's agenda began with strengthening the foundation and identity through an introduction to AcSES, FoSSEI, and the foundations of Islamic economics. This was crucial for participants to understand the organization's background and instill a sense of belonging to its values and culture. The second week then shifted to strengthening mindsets , where participants were invited to critically analyze organizational dynamics through case studies and experience-based discussions to ensure the material presented was applicable.

In the third week, activities focused on mastering technical skills through trial simulations and learning about transparent financial governance. Participants were encouraged to actively engage in hands-on practice to develop operational readiness for running a professional organization. Following a meeting on basic organizational concepts, the fourth week concluded with a competitive strategy mapping session, showcasing the experiences of accomplished practitioners and alumni to help participants build strong teams.

As a token of appreciation for participants' active participation, the committee established success indicators based on attendance, active participation in discussions, and minimum scores achieved in the post-test. This activity also prioritized outcomes such as participants' ability to complete case studies and successfully conduct technical organizational simulations.

Through this series of JAWARA CLASS activities, participants are expected to gain a comprehensive understanding of leadership concepts, organizational mechanics, and strategies for winning in various competitions.
