BP Internal is a group mentoring program for business plan writing designed to improve participants' ability to develop comprehensive business plans. This activity is carried out in three structured meetings with competent speakers in their fields. Each session begins with an opening by the MC, followed by material delivery, an interactive discussion through a question and answer session, and ends with a closing and documentation session. In the first meeting, participants focused on the business idea exploration stage and concept mapping using the Business Model Canvas as a basis for building a systematic business model.
In the second meeting, participants were guided to develop their ideas into a systematically structured business plan proposal that met competition standards, ensuring competitive value. Furthermore, in the third meeting, participants were guided in developing an engaging and communicative pitch deck and were given pitching training to effectively and convincingly present their business ideas. This series of activities was designed to be continuous, ensuring participants not only understood the theoretical concepts but also were able to optimally implement each stage of the business plan, from idea generation through proposal development to business presentation, while also increasing their confidence and readiness for the competition
