is one of the work programs of the RnP division of AcSES FEB UNAIR whose activities are in the form of internal competitions in the fields of science and writing. This year, PILAR opened three competition branches that can be participated by all AcSES staff members, namely the Islamic Economics Olympiad, Scientific Writing (KTI), and Business Plan (BP). The purpose of implementing PILAR is to prepare AcSESOR to compete in the fields of science and writing, both on campus and off campus. The implementation stage of PILAR starts from registration and submission of KTI and BP works (October 22-November 7, 2023). Then there will be a technical meeting on November 9, 2023, and the peak event is the final round on November 11, 2023. In this PILAR, participants consist of teams with 2-3 members from various divisions. Through PILAR, it is hoped that it can increase AcSESOR's interest in competing, as well as train teamwork. Indirectly, PILAR helps students improve their competitiveness, as well as train soft skills through the competitions they participate in, which is an important foundation for the younger generation to participate in the SDGs, especially the points of economic growth and decent work (SDGs 8).
