Personal Development is the agenda of HMA Universitas Airlangga Human Resources field which was held to explore and increase the potential of each individual HMA UNAIR administrator , especially improving the soft skills of administrators as a provision for management for one year. This event was held on March 2 2019 at Soepoyo Hall starting at 07.30 WIB .
