The 2020 PKK Welcome Party is a work program of the Airlangga University PKK Student Resource Development department. This work program aims to introduce new students to the existence of the PKK as a forum for Catholic students to process their service to God and others.
The 2020 Welcome Party will be held online via the Zoom application. All participants and the preparation committee logged in to Zoom, then continued with prayer and opening by the MC. Once finished, a welcoming video will be played by the committee which will be done via sharescreen. Next there will be remarks by the lecturer and the 2020 PKK chairman, 15 minutes each. After completion, there will be a video showing again containing a brief introduction to the PKK, so that new students know what the tasks and focus of the PKK are. Video playback will be done sharescreen. At around 10.45 each new student will be given an individual introduction so they can get to know each other. After the introduction is complete, it will continue in a small forum, formed into several groups in which there will be 1 companion who will answer questions that will be asked by new students. After finishing, at around 11.45 a video of the WP PKK 2019 aftermovie was played which will provide an overview of the welcome party that new students will hold offline next year. Ended with a closing prayer.
