Leadership Training is a work program from the PSDM Department of HIMA EP, Universitas Airlangga . This work program aims to be a learning and self-development medium for students with a leadership spirit so that they always think critically about everything that happens around them. Leadership is the backbone of an organization's development. So without good leadership, it will be difficult to achieve organizational goals. Good leadership skills are something that every individual must have, especially students who are essentially agents of change. By mastering leadership, a person will become a communicative person and will be better able to put forward brilliant ideas that can change a situation. The "Leadership Training" activity with the theme "Leadership is an Action Not Potition" will be very useful in helping students understand the spirit of leadership so they can become quality individuals.
