Personal Development (PD) 2020, is an agenda from the Human Resources field of HMA Universitas Airlangga . This agenda aims to improve soft skills and provide motivation to the 2020 HMA administrators.
Personal Development (PD) 2020 will be held for one day on March 14 at the Soepoyo Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga , which will start at 07.30 WIB with participant registration. Then at 08.30 followed by the opening of the MC, followed by the opening prayer and singing of the song Indonesia Raya and the Airlangga Hymn. At 09.00 material 1 begins and continues with 10.30 Case study 1. After completing case study 1, participants receive an ISHOMA quota.
In Personal Development (PD) 2020 the second session started at 12.30 with the opening of the MC. At 12.35 followed by material 2 and case study 2 at 14.05, then at 15.05 games and closed with prayer at 15.30.
