This course aims to encourage students to elaborate the basics of law, legal concepts, agreements and legal issues in the commercial aspect, business entities, securities law, and guarantee law. |

Course content |
1.Legal & Community Relations and Legal Division 2. Aspects of the implementation of the agreement and the things that limit the agreement and the assignment of responsibilities 3. Subject and Object of the Agreement The elements of the agreement and the anatomy of the agreement. 5. Achievements and defaults 6. Risks, overmacht, and ways of ending the engagement. 7. Forms of Companies (Maatschap, Firma, and CV) 8. Limited Liability Company (PT) 9. Foundation 10. Securities, Checks and Bilyet Giro, Credit Cards 11. Aspects of the implementation of the guarantee agreement and things that underlie the imposition of a right on collateral objects 12. The form of the guarantee agreement is in accordance with the object of the guarantee of the credit agreement. |
