With the theme "The Blooming Process: From Seed, We Bloom," YEC 2026 aims to provide new members with an introductory platform to learn the organization's values, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and foster leadership. This theme represents the growth process of each individual, starting from their early stages and continuing to develop and positively impact their surroundings.
The series of activities began with an opening remarks from the WEBS Chair and the YEC 2026 Executive Chair, followed by a session on the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, leadership, and an introduction to WEBS's organizational culture. Participants also participated in interactive discussions and group business practices designed to hone problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Additionally, various team-building activities were conducted to strengthen relationships among new members and foster a sense of solidarity and cohesiveness.

Participants demonstrated enthusiasm and active participation in every session, both in the presentation of materials and in group practice sessions. The atmosphere was dynamic, educational, and full of collaborative spirit, reflecting the success of YEC 2026 as a practical and inspiring development space.
Overall, the 2026 Youth Entrepreneur Camp had a positive impact in establishing the initial foundation for new WEBS members, both in terms of entrepreneurial understanding, teamwork skills, and readiness to contribute to the organization. It is hoped that through this activity, each member can continue to grow and develop, thus being able to play an active role in supporting the sustainability and synergy of WEBS in the future.
