WEBS Establishes Inter-Organizational Collaboration through Organization Visit 2026

WEBS NEWS – The Entrepreneur and Business Society (WEBS) Workshop of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga successfully held its 2026 Organization Visit on Thursday (April 30, 2026) at the LSPR Communication & Business Institute in Jakarta. Initiated by the Public Relations/Information Technology (PR/IT) Division, this event served as a strategic platform for expanding relationships, establishing collaborations, and exchanging insights with entrepreneurial organizations from other institutions.

In the rapidly evolving digital era, students are required to excel not only academically but also to possess adaptability, networking skills, and a firsthand understanding of organizational practices and the business world. Based on these needs, Organization Visit 2026 is designed as a learning tool that allows WEBS members to gain new perspectives through interactions with external organizations.

This activity was conducted in collaboration with KayaRaya, an entrepreneurial organization under the auspices of the LSPR Communication & Business Institute. The visit provided the two organizations with the opportunity to learn more about each other, exchange experiences, and build relationships that could potentially develop into sustainable collaborations in the future.

The event was lively and interactive. WEBS and KayaRaya members engaged in various discussion sessions covering organizational culture, work programs, organizational management systems, and experiences in conducting various entrepreneurial activities. The participants' enthusiasm was evident in the lively discussions and exchange of ideas throughout the event.

The series of events began with an opening session and organizational introductions, followed by a presentation of each organization's grand design. Following this, participants participated in a division-by-division sharing session discussing their respective tasks, work programs, challenges, and innovations. The event concluded with a documentation and networking session to strengthen relationships among participants.

Through the 2026 Organization Visit, WEBS members gained new insights into organizational management, work program development strategies, and the work culture implemented at other institutions. In addition to expanding relationships, this activity also served as a platform to foster new ideas and innovations that can be applied to future organizational development.

Organization Visit 2026 supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by strengthening partnerships and collaboration between organizations. Furthermore, this activity also supports SDG 4 (Quality Education) by providing a learning space, knowledge exchange, and capacity building for participants.

Through this activity, WEBS Universitas Airlangga demonstrates its commitment to continuously building a broad network, improving the quality of human resources, and creating collaborations that benefit the organization's development. It is hoped that the relationships established through the 2026 Organization Visit can be the beginning of more progressive and sustainable collaborations in the future.
