Development (PRODES) 2023 is one of the work programs of the Accounting Student Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, in the form of community service included in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. PRODES 2023 activities will be held on June 21-25, 2023, located in Pelang Village, Lembangbahu District, Lamongan Regency.

PRODES 2023 launched a community-based economic program aimed at assisting and improving the economic well-being of the Pelang Village community, including in economics, education, and health.
The economic activities will be implemented through the application of scientific knowledge, including counseling on effective and efficient financial management, assistance with business licensing, and product branding to enhance public awareness of village businesses and increase their marketability. This will improve the village economy through improved business development.

In the health sector, several areas of focus include monitoring the health of local residents and raising awareness about the dangers of disease transmission, which can negatively impact village life.
Meanwhile, the core of educational activities is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and creativity of school children through various activities, along with an appreciation for the results they achieve.

These activities are expected to help the Pelang village community improve their quality of life and economic well-being. Let's work together to build a better and more prosperous Pelang village.
