Upgrading is a work program from the Human Resources division of HMA Universitas Airlangga which is aimed at the administrators for the 2026 period. This agenda serves as a forum to get to know HMA in more depth while strengthening the chemistry between administrators.

Embracing the 17th point of the SDGs, "Partnership for the Goals," this activity fosters a spirit of togetherness to achieve collective goals. The event is scheduled for May 23-24, 2026, at Villa Dharma Ledug in Prigen, Pasuruan.

The event featured a variety of activities, including a seminar on developing organizational soft skills with the theme SMART (Strategic Management and Real-Time Productivity). This theme was chosen based on the results of the OCEAN test conducted by HMA administrators. The test results indicated a lack of soft skills in time management.

In addition to seminars, various games were held to relax the mind and foster camaraderie. The primary target group for this upgrading activity was the entire 2026 Accounting Student Association (HMA) board.
