The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (BEM FEB UNAIR) on Saturday, March 27, 2021, received a welcome visit from the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Veteran National Development University Jakarta (BEM FEB UPNVJ). This visit was facilitated by the Department of External Relations of BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FEB UPNVJ. This activity was carried out through Zoom Meeting and was attended by 173 people consisting of BEM FEB UNAIR and BEM FEB UPNVJ administrators. The purpose of this visit was for each BEM to learn from each other, increase knowledge and innovation of work programs, and establish relationships and cooperation through presentation sessions from each BEM and focus group discussions (FGD) from each department or bureau.
The visit began at 1:01 PM WIB by Lydia Agnes Wijaya from BEM FEB UNAIR and Amatya from BEM FEB UPNVJ as Master of Ceremony (MC) who led the welcome visit event. The series of events began with remarks from each BEM President. There were Mas Thariq Priatmodjo from BEM FEB UNAIR and Mas Mufid Khairi from BEM FEB UPNVJ. The next event was a presentation about BEM FEB UNAIR by Mas Thariq and Mas Andrew as President and Vice President of BEM FEB UNAIR. Then continued with a presentation about BEM FEB UPNVJ by Mas Mufid Khairi and Mas Muhamad Patniadil as Chair and Vice Chair of BEM FEB UPNVJ.
A brief presentation from each BEM chairperson was followed by a focus group discussion (FGD) for each department or bureau. In the FGD, each department shared information about their respective bureaus or departments. Starting from the introduction of each department member to the presentation of the work agenda. The FGD lasted for 1 hour and closed with a group photo. After the FGD, there was a CSI welcome visit form filled out provided by the BEM FEB UNAIR External Relations Department, followed by a certificate awarding session from BEM FEB UNAIR represented by Mas Thariq. Finally, the entire series of welcome visit events from BEM FEBUNAIR and BEM FEB UPNVJ were closed with a closing by the MC at 15.17 WIB.
