Through Prabu Adhikari Mentoring, students will be facilitated in competition training and general types of scientific writing and public speaking to support their academic development. On the other hand, Sarasehan is a work program of the Department of Science that holds talkshow activities, where in this talkshow presents different topics with two speakers who have opposing views or arguments that are expected to add new insights for FEB UNAIR students. Where in this batch 1 seminar raised the title "Leadership Anxiety: Why Are Students Reluctant to Take on Leadership Roles in Organizations?"
These two programs play an important role in achieving several Sustainable Development Goals. Prabu Adhikari Mentoring contributes to SDGs 4 (Quality Education) and SDGs 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by providing training relevant to the world of work and creating strong partnerships to support the achievement of common goals. Meanwhile, the Prabu Adhikari Sarasehan supports SDGs 4 by opening the door to knowledge and enhancing students' critical and analytical thinking skills, thereby contributing to the quality of education they receive. Thus, the Prabu Adhikari Mentoring and Sarasehan not only provide direct benefits to students but also actively participate in broader efforts to achieve the sustainable development goals.
