Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System in Article 12 paragraph (1) b states that every student in an educational unit has the right to receive educational services in accordance with their talents, interests, and abilities. For this reason, students who are the nation's next generation need to be equipped with adequate skills so that the nation's assets are able to compete in the global era.

However, in reality, education in Indonesia is not running smoothly, partly due to financial constraints. This is a problem faced by many students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga , who are economically disadvantaged. To address this issue, assistance in the form of scholarships and Bidik Misi (School of Mission) often does not fully address the financial challenges faced by students.

Therefore, the Student Welfare Department of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga held an assistance program for students who really need assistance in economic terms, namely From and For FEB (DUF).

The "From and For FEB" (From and For FEB) event will incorporate a new system, in addition to the DUF box. This involves the assistance of Kesma Agents, who wear pins identifying themselves as Kesma from the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, to facilitate fundraising and souvenir sales, all proceeds of which will be donated entirely to DUF.

The total fundraising effort among FEB Unair students amounted to Rp 4,000,000. Each DUF recipient was selected by the respective student associations of the Faculty of Economics and Business, based on previously discussed criteria.
