The Student Welfare Activity is a series of routine events within the Student Welfare Department. These activities include tuition fee appeals, student welfare care, student welfare day, student organization meetings, student welfare gatherings, student dropout (CDO) and student welfare (Komando), and scholarship information. These events are routinely held by the Student Welfare Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga.

The Student Organization Meeting (Ormawa Meeting) is a forum where, when there is an event where the opinions of student organizations within the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) are deemed important and need to be considered, a meeting is held. This meeting is a discussion and is attended by all student organizations within the Faculty of Economics and Business ( Universitas Airlangga). The topics chosen depend on the needs of the students. Therefore, these meetings are held frequently.

The Student Welfare Gathering (Kesma Gathering ) is a meeting between the Student Welfare Organization (Kesma) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) and the Student Welfare Organizations (HIMA) within the Faculty of Economics and Business. These include the Accounting, Management, Development Economics, and Islamic Economics student welfare organizations.             Tuition fee appeals are held twice a year. The first is conducted independently by the Faculty of Economics and Business Student Executive Board (BEM), and the second is held in collaboration with Airlangga University's Student Executive Board (BEM). Students who feel burdened by their tuition fees and feel they cannot afford them can file a UKT appeal.

Kesma Care includes several activities. Exam schedules are shared daily on the official Line account of the Airlangga University Student Executive Board (BEM FEB). Kesma Care also features a new student tent. This is available during the SNMPTN (National Selection for State Universities), SBMPTN (Student Selection for State Universities), and the independent selection process. This tent is used to provide information to new students regarding any issues they may have regarding their studies (lodging, credits, courses, etc.).

Scholarship Info contains information about companies and other organizations offering scholarships. This information is provided monthly to ensure students have access to these opportunities.

Public Health Day

Kesma Day was held in collaboration with the SEGA, Business, and Kesma departments. A questionnaire was distributed to students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, regarding the BEM's work program over the past term..
