Student Intellectual and Togetherness Week (PIKMEN 2021) is a joint work program of all student organizations in the Faculty of Economics and Business as a gateway to cadre development and introduction to the world of lectures, especially within the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga for new students.

Themed "The Power of Youth Voice in Diversity," the 2021 PIKMEN event emphasizes the sense of togetherness and intellectualism of new students. The format of the event is expected to unite and uphold the morals and togetherness of new students from various departments, allowing them to get to know each other better, and further strengthen relationships across the student body of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga.

PIKMEN was held online on September 3-5, 2021, via Zoom. Approximately 1,000 participants and committee members participated. Starting on September 3, 2021, the PIKMEN event opened with a live streaming ceremony attended by the Dean, welcomed by the Head of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), and delivered remarks by the Chairperson of the 2021 PIKMEN event and representatives of new students. This ceremony marked the opening of the 2021 PIKMEN event.
