Prepare for Competition (PoC) is one of the flagship programs of KSEI AcSES FEB Universitas Airlangga , which is under the auspices of the student organization (ORMAWA) of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga. KSEI AcSES is an organization that focuses on Islamic economic preaching and scientific development through various work programs aimed at improving student insight and achievement.
One concrete manifestation of this commitment is the PoC work program which is specifically designed to foster and train students in facing various competitions, especially in scientific fields such as Business Plans, Essays, Scientific Papers, and others.
The PoC aims to equip participants to improve their competency and prepare them for competitions, both nationally and internationally. Through presentation sessions and interactive discussions held online via the Zoom Meeting platform, this activity provides an opportunity for students from across Indonesia to participate and gain insights from inspiring speakers.
The 2025 PoC event was held over one day on August 23, 2026, and consisted of two sessions. The speakers included:
This PoC program is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially point 4, namely Quality Education, because through this activity, participants are encouraged to continue learning, improve their capacity, and have high competitiveness in both academic and non-academic fields.
In addition, PoC is also relevant to SDGs point 8, namely Decent Work and Economic Growth, because the competitions that participants take part in, such as Business Plan and PKM, are the first step in creating innovative ideas that can contribute to economic growth and entrepreneurship.
With this PoC activity, KSEI AcSES hopes to continue producing high-achieving students who can bring honor to the campus and positively impact the wider community through their work and innovations. This activity serves as concrete evidence that collaboration between administrators and well-designed work programs can significantly contribute to improving the quality of human resources in Indonesia.
