The activity, which took place from 08.00 to 15.00 WIB, carried the concept of a seminar and mini workshop with the aim of improving the soft skills or hard skills of AcSES members as a provision for self-development in academic and organizational environments.

This activity is motivated by the importance of developing student competencies, focusing not only on academic abilities but also on practical skills, communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills needed in the modern era. Embracing the spirit of interactive and applied learning, HARMONI presents seminar sessions delivered by experienced speakers, followed by mini-workshops as a means of directly implementing the material presented.

In her remarks, the Chairperson of the Committee, Safira Khiyarotun Nisa, expressed her hope that HARMONI could become a platform for AcSES members to develop their potential optimally. "We hope this activity will not only provide new insights, but also encourage participants to apply the knowledge gained through direct practice so that they can improve their personal quality and organizational capacity," she said.
This activity also demonstrates the commitment of the AcSES Reasoning UKMF in supporting the development of competent and adaptive human resources. More than 30 participants enthusiastically participated in the activity, starting from the presentation session by the resource person, interactive discussions and questions and answers, to mini workshops designed to train participants' abilities in applying the concepts they have learned.

During the mini-workshop, participants were given the opportunity to work individually or in groups to complete case studies and exercises relevant to the seminar material. Their enthusiasm was evident in their strong participation in discussions, presentations of work results, and collective reflections on the application of the skills they had learned.

Thus, HARMONI activities are aligned with the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through the provision of learning opportunities that support the improvement of student competencies, SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) through the development of skills relevant to the needs of the world of work, and SDG 17 (Partnerships to Achieve the Goals) through collaboration between various parties in supporting the development of student capacity.
