
Surabaya, February 7, 2026, the HRD Division of AcSES Reasoning UKMF, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Airlangga (FEB UNAIR) held a Break The Fast x Milad AcSES activity which took place in the 2nd Floor Classroom Hall of Nuruzzaman Mosque, Universitas Airlangga from 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM. The activity of breaking the fast together, short studies, sharing sessions, and celebrating the organization's milad as a momentum to strengthen the brotherhood between members while strengthening religious values and the spirit of togetherness in the organization.
The series of events proceeded systematically with several main agendas, beginning with an opening by the committee and continuing with a brief study emphasizing the importance of spiritual integrity in organizational activities. The material was delivered communicatively, encouraging participants' critical reflection on the role of Islamic values in academic and organizational life. Subsequently, the iftar (breaking the fast) took place in an orderly and warm manner, serving as a means of worship while strengthening internal solidarity. The activity then continued with a participatory sharing session, providing space for members to share their experiences, evaluations, and hopes for the development of AcSES. As the culmination of the event, the AcSES Milad celebration was held in a simple yet meaningful manner, reflecting on the organization's journey and strengthening collective commitment to improving professionalism, academic contributions, and benefits for the community.
This activity is also in line with the commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDGs 4: Quality Education, through organizing studies and sharing sessions that encourage the improvement of the intellectual, spiritual, and character capacities of members. In addition, this activity also supports SDGs 16: Peace, Justice, and Resilient Institutions through strengthening brotherhood and healthy organizational governance, as well as SDGs 17: Partnerships to Achieve Goals through the spirit of collaboration and active participation among members. Thus, BTF x Milad AcSES contributes to building an empowered, harmonious, and sustainable campus community.
Overall, the BTF x Milad AcSES event ran smoothly, was conducive, and achieved its planned objectives. The high level of participant enthusiasm demonstrates the relevance of this type of event for continued implementation. Moving forward, the committee recommends strengthening documentation, time management, and expanding participation to optimize the impact of the event.
