The Student Cooperative Study Group (KOPSI) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga held Basic Training and Upgrading activities. The Basic Training activities were supported by the Human Resources Development Division (PSDM), while the Upgrading activities were supported by the Education and Training Division (EnT). This activity was held for two days on April 26-27, 2025, which took place at Villa Antika, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency. This Basic Training and Upgrading was attended by all active members of KOPMA for the 2025 period.
The 2025 KOPMA Basic Training and Upgrading activities carried the theme "Upgrade Now, Lead Tomorrow" which aims to prepare the next generation who are not only active, but also ready to lead in the future. Through the Basic Training and Upgrading activities, it is hoped that potential cadres who are ready to become leaders in the future can emerge and can form a strong sense of family and solidarity among KOPMA FEB UNAIR members.
The KOPMA Basic Training and Upgrading activities are relevant to the fourth point of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely Quality Education, because they provide a crucial non-formal learning space related to the development of soft skills, leadership, and organizational understanding. This activity is also part of an effort to create a more active, intelligent, and prepared young generation to face global challenges.
